What it does

  1. Straight to the municipality

    In Fredrikstad and Nesodden reports go directly into the municipality’s own case system. Reporting works across the rest of Norway too.

  2. Know when something happens

    Get notified when the municipality replies, changes the status or resolves your case, and when neighbours back it.

  3. Fixed together

    See what’s been reported around you, support cases you’ve seen too, and confirm when they’re fixed.

  4. Meldt Pluss

    Follow unlimited cases, formal reminder letters (forvaltningsloven § 11 a), one-tap access requests and a PDF case file.
